NEW YORK — Walmart is further sweetening the perks for its U.S. store managers as it seeks to retain its leaders and attract new ones in a still competitive job market.

NEW YORK — Walmart Inc. is raising the starting base pay for store managers, while redesigning its bonus plan that will put more of an emphasis on profits for these leaders.

Walmart Inc. opened up access to a generative artificial intelligence tool that allows shoppers to search for products by specific use cases rather than look up one item at a time.

Walmart says drone deliveries are no longer a futuristic idea, as it will be able to make drone deliveries with its partners Wing and Zipline to 75% of Dallas-Fort Worth by the end of this year.
